Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Cook up and oversee job processes across various project types, ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders
- Release jobs to production with the manufacturer upon approval, clearly and accurately communicating customer specifications and delivery expectations
- Work directly with Sales, Superintendents, and Field Supervisors for project accuracy
- Create, organize, and provide closeout documents
- Order permits, issue change orders, and request submittals and revised prints
- Issue purchase orders for new installations, RMA reports, and warranty parts
- Facilitate effective communication between manufacturers, general contractors, owners, and internal departments
- Provide clear and accurate project updates to all parties involved
- Maintain detailed records of project specifications and job status
- Ensure documentation related to job orders, change orders, and closeouts is accurate and up to date
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in project management preferred
- CAPM Certification preferred
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or administrative roles within construction or technical environments
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
