Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of IT and office move projects, from initiation to closeout.
- Maintain project documentation, deliverables, and compliance artifacts.
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and project schedules.
- Prepare briefings, status reports, and other materials for project reviews.
- Capture customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required For This Opportunity
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, program support, customer engagement, IT support or similar roles within the defense industry.
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in core project management skills, including project planning, schedule management, resource tracking, and risk identification.
- Strong understanding of DoD environments and secure program operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface professionally with government customers and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, asset management, project lifecycle management, and contract compliance.
- Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, MS Project).
Nice To Have Skills
- Experience supporting classified programs or working in SCIF environments.
- Certifications such as CAPM or PMP.
- Experience with business analytics and data visualization tools.
- Mission-focused mindset and commitment to supporting national security objectives.
Pay
The targeted base salary range for this role is $88,000-$134,000 per year. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
