About the role
We need an enthusiastic, experienced project coordinator to join our growing firm. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years' experience with a Master of Architecture degree and proficient Revit skills.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Project Architect or Designer with production of drawings at all design phases.
- Aiding in meeting documentation.
- The translation of the design intent into technical and construction documents.
- Managing and organizing project documentation.
- Taking the initiative on assigned projects and tasks.
- Expanding deliverable capabilities by investigating and learning new and more efficient ways to work.
- Participating in and leading communication between team members (internal and external).
- Participating in field work including existing documentation and construction administration.
- Participating in marketing and business development as assigned.
- Selecting and coordinating building products and systems.
- Assisting in the creation of project specifications.
Requirements
- A Master of Architecture degree from an NAAB accredited University (preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years' industry experience.
- Fully proficient in Revit.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD.
- Purpose driven, talented project coordinator and team player.
- Winning track record of participating in successful projects executed in a team-oriented environment.
- Confident and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiastic, ambitious, engaging, intelligent, and results oriented.
- High level of integrity, and the desire to work directly with clients, consultants, and colleagues.

- Leadership skills in design meetings under the direction of the Project Lead.
