About the role

We need an enthusiastic, experienced project coordinator to join our growing firm. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years' experience with a Master of Architecture degree and proficient Revit skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Project Architect or Designer with production of drawings at all design phases.
  • Aiding in meeting documentation.
  • The translation of the design intent into technical and construction documents.
  • Managing and organizing project documentation.
  • Taking the initiative on assigned projects and tasks.
  • Expanding deliverable capabilities by investigating and learning new and more efficient ways to work.
  • Participating in and leading communication between team members (internal and external).
  • Participating in field work including existing documentation and construction administration.
  • Participating in marketing and business development as assigned.
  • Selecting and coordinating building products and systems.
  • Assisting in the creation of project specifications.

Requirements

  • A Master of Architecture degree from an NAAB accredited University (preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years' industry experience.
  • Fully proficient in Revit.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD.
