About the role

The Coordination Manager oversees the execution of work orders, provides strategic direction, and drives continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned vertical, adhering to PMO standards and methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to optimize work order execution processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and best practices.
  • Ensure alignment with PMO's project management framework and methodologies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Service Coordinators and other team members.
  • Handle escalated issues or complex work orders requiring senior-level intervention.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead in operations.
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement risk management practices to mitigate potential operational risks.
  • Ensure operations adhere to safety regulations and company compliance standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality and compliance.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience working in a project environment, including relevant industry experience preferably with overall responsibility.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving project-related issues.
  • Extensive experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of operational processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with PMO's project management standards and methodologies.
  • Strategic thinking abilities to develop and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Strong decision-making skills to address complex issues and drive operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor Service Coordinators and team members.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to evaluate performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Experience in implementing process optimization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • PMP or Equivalent Professional Certification (preferred).

Pay

Pay Range: $60,000—$68,000 USD

Schedule

Full Time, 40 hours per week, plus overtime as needed.

Travel

Travel expectation is up to 5%.

Physical Demands

  • Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
  • Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling.
  • Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing).
  • Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus, including prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen.
