Evaluation of Data Management Processes
You will evaluate our current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements.
Negotiation of Agreements
You will negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners.
Monthly Executive and Project Status Reports
You will update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks.
Bid Assessment and Cost Review
You will assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices, and costs to ensure best value for clients.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience implementing cost & schedule management work processes
- A comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structures
- Successful performance in project controls roles including cost control, scheduling, and estimating
- A degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline
