Project Controls Specialist (Level 3-5)
About the role
Napakiak Environmental and Construction (NEC) is a leading provider of information technology, technology development, and environmental and construction services, specializing in Federal and Commercial projects. This position is a full-time on-site position in Oak Ridge, TN.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of control systems including Earned Value Management and applicable project management processes.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills in reporting to customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work with personnel at all levels across the organization and external stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and develop required resources to support project schedules.
- Ability to logically and systematically evaluate project and process problems to determine appropriate solutions.
- Ability to interface with internal and external customers, including management, users, DOE, NNSA, and NPO.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree plus 10-14 years direct experience, or MA or MS with 10-13 years experience.
- Verifiable experience using P6 and doing project controls work.
- EVMS experience.
