Project Controls Specialist

WSP is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to join their Project Controls team in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain program/project schedules; monitor contractor and consultant schedules, identifying cost and scheduling issues and recommending resolutions to the Program Manager.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, cash flows, and financial projections; support earned value management (EVM) tracking and reporting.
• Track and control project costs, including change management, cost coding, commitments, and accruals across active projects.
• Monitor schedule performance, critical path changes, and float, coordinating with contractors and consultants to resolve variances.
• Administer cost management/PMIS platforms (e.g., e-Builder, Procore,
