We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invented or summarizing away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to extract content. Let's parse the posting: - Intro: "RINA is currently recruiting for a Project Controls Specialist to join its office in Boston, MA or Chicago, IL within the Civil Engineering Division." This is location info. Could be part of About the role? Probably "About the role" section. - "Compensation Data $95,000 - $130,000 commensurate with education and experience" This is Pay. However rule: do NOT include Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state compensation range. But also note "commensurate with education and experience" which is vague but still a range given. Should we include Pay? The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state compensation data. So we can include Pay section with that range. However also note "commensurate with education and experience" maybe considered filler? It's part of the statement. We'll include the exact phrase. - "Mission The Project Controls Specialist will have the opportunity to work on transit and transportation related projects providing CPM scheduling, cost control, and Earned Value Management services on major projects in various stages of planning, design, construction, and closeout utilizing best practices for construction projects." This is about role/responsibilities. Could go under About the role or Responsibilities. We'll decide. - "Key Accountabilities" then a list of bullet-like sentences (no actual bullet markers but each sentence separated by spaces). We need to convert to
  • . Must preserve all substantive info. So we need to extract each accountability as list items. List of accountabilities (split by periods? Let's parse): "Develop and maintain cost and resource loaded CPM Schedules" "Participate in maintaining and developing time-phased budgets, work schedules, work breakdown structures, and cost account plans." "Provide project earned value management reporting and forecasting." "Operate software applications based on business/system requirements." "Primary focus will be on Microsoft Office, and Oracle Primavera P6 software applications." "Interface with the project’s technical staff, financial staff, project managers, and functional managers on aspects of scheduling, cost estimating, risk, and earned value analysis." "Gather, validate, perform, analyze, and report on project monthly performance data." "Support change management efforts by analyzing and incorporating changes to the schedule and PMB in a timely manner." "Support the project team in developing, implementing, and maintaining project controls systems." "Participate in meetings involving schedule development and maintenance and assignment of resources." "Perform monthly performance and baseline change variance analysis and implement corrective actions." "Identify problems, draw valid conclusions, and develop effective solutions to project related issues." "Support risk management efforts including risk analyses, assessments, and processes." "Development, reviews, and updates of supporting project documentation" "Participate in subcontract development and management of subcontractor performance." "Work independently to complete assigned tasks and meet deadlines." We need to ensure each is a list item. - Then "Qualifications" heading: list of qualifications: "Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical, financial, or business management major." "Experience working on transit or transportation related projects." "Excellent skills in utilizing Oracle Primavera (P6), and MS Office software applications." "3+ years’ experience supporting the performance of scope management, planning & scheduling to include resource and procurement planning, estimating/cost management, risk management and project performance monitoring and reporting." "Strong knowledge of project controls and project management best practices" "Competency in managing large programmatic schedules, complicated activity coding and Work Breakdowns Structures" "Solid experience and understanding of Earned Value Management" "Strong technical written and verbal communications skills including the ability to present complex data in easy-to-understand ways for internal and external reviews." "Self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a multi-discipline team." "PMI-PMP, PMI-SP, AACE-EVP, AACE-PSP or equivalent certification preferred." These are qualifications. - Then "Additional Qualifications": "Ability to travel up to 10% regionally for site visits and client meetings" and "Valid driver’s license". Could be part of Qualifications or separate section. Since we have Qualifications section already, we could add these as additional list items under Qualifications. Or create a separate "Additional Qualifications" section but we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No "Additional Qualifications". So we should incorporate into Qualifications. - Then "Competencies" list: WORKPLACE DYNAMICS..., FORESIGHT & INSIGHT..., PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT..., INTERPERSONAL INFLUENCE..., DOMAIN & BUSINESS ACUMEN... These are competencies. Could be under Skills or Requirements? Probably Skills section. We'll put them under Skills as list items. - Then description about RINA company: "RINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services..." This is about company, maybe About the role? Could be part of About the role. We'll include a paragraph about the company under About the role. - Then benefits: "RINA North America provides a comprehensive benefits package, including the following insurance options: Medical, Dental, Vision, Medical Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Spending Account, Health Savings Account, Transit, Parking, Basic Life, Basic AD&D, Voluntary Life, Voluntary AD&D, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Voluntary Accident, Voluntary Critical Illness, Identity Theft Protection, Pet Insurance, and Employee Assistance Program. Additional benefits provided include paid time off, company holidays, tuition reimbursement, nursery grant, travel resource services, and 401K plan with company discretionary match." We need Benefits section with list of benefits. Should we list each as
  • . Yes. - Then EEO statement etc: remove boilerplate. So we must remove equal employment opportunity statements, policy statements, unsolicited resumes etc. So we cut those. - Also remove "The above statements are intended to describe the general nature of the work being performed. They are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required." That's boilerplate; remove. - Also remove "Competencies" heading? We'll keep the content but not the heading; we will place under Skills. - Also remove "WORKPLACE DYNAMICS - Resourcefulness..." etc. Those are competencies; we keep as list items under Skills. Now we need to decide sections: - About the role: include location, mission, company description maybe. - Responsibilities: include the Key Accountabilities list. - Qualifications: include the qualifications list plus additional qualifications (travel, driver's license). - Skills: include the competencies list (Workplace dynamics etc.) plus maybe also mention excellent skills in Oracle Primavera and MS Office? But that's already in qualifications. Could also include technical skills but we already have them. We'll keep Skills as the competencies. - Benefits: list benefits. - Pay: include compensation range. - Schedule: not mentioned; no schedule info. So we omit Schedule section. - Requirements: maybe we could have Requirements separate from Qualifications? The posting doesn't have a separate "Requirements" section distinct from Qualifications. Could combine. But we could put Requirements as same as Qualifications? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we might not need both Qualifications and Requirements if they overlap. However we have Qualifications content; we could treat that as Qualifications and not have Requirements. Or we could split: Requirements = the mandatory qualifications (Bachelor's degree, experience, etc.) and Qualifications = preferred certifications etc. But that's thin. Better to have one Qualifications section covering all. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Check if any content for "Skills" beyond competencies: we have "Excellent skills in utilizing Oracle Primavera (P6), and MS Office software applications." That's skill but already in qualifications. We'll keep it there. Now produce HTML:
