Project Controls Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Align the GMP with preliminary & baseline schedule to confirm labor and equipment forecasts.
• Facilitate coordination between estimating, project management, field operations, and engineering to ensure financial accuracy.
• Validate revisions to ensure changes are incorporated into the GMP.
• Maintain a formal GMP Risk Register.
• Work closely with Project Management Team to:

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related industry.
• Construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Extremely detail oriented.
• A clear and concise communicator able to work seamlessly with clients, operations, and executive teams.

What We Offer

• The annual base pay for this role is between $75,000-$125,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions.
• The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
