Project Controls - Senior Scheduler

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within an Aerospace & Defense environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Integrate schedules with cost and resource plans to support project execution and reporting
• Perform schedule analysis, including critical path, float, and risk assessments
• Prepare and deliver periodic schedule reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to stakeholders
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cost controllers to ensure alignment of schedule and project objectives
• Monitor progress and update schedules based on actual performance and changes in scope
• Support claims analysis and time-impact studies when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in project scheduling within construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Strong understanding of earned value management (EVM) and scheduling methodologies
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• CCE certification (Certified Cost Engineer) is a plus

Pay

$110,000 – $175,000 annually
