Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6, supporting all phases of construction through commissioning and closeout.
- Monitor schedule performance, progress updates, and critical path activities, identifying risks, delays, and opportunities for recovery.
- Support project controls functions including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis in coordination with project management and operations teams.
- Prepare and deliver schedule updates, reports, and performance metrics to provide clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and trade partners to validate construction sequencing, manpower loading, and schedule logic for MEP systems.
- Support change management, including time impact analysis (TIA), schedule adjustments, and documentation of delays or scope changes.
Skills And Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and working knowledge of scheduling principles including CPM, resource loading, and schedule analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to perform data analysis and reporting tools to communicate schedule and project performance.
- Ability to perform schedule risk analysis, delay analysis, and recovery planning on complex construction schedules.
Education And Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project controls, planning, or scheduling within industrial construction projects.
- Experience supporting MEP construction projects, including coordination with mechanical, piping, plumbing, and electrical trades.
- Experience supporting hyperscale data center, mission-critical, or industrial construction projects is preferred.
- Experience working on large-scale, fast-track projects with complex MEP systems and high coordination requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
