Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain critical path logic networks and bar charts.
- Resource and cost loads schedules when required.
- Provide monthly schedule updates for all projects.
- Report status of schedule to project staff and company management.
- Provide project controls expertise and management of project controls processes.
- Prepares progress reports on project status, both costs and schedule.
- Aid in internal cost reporting and forecasting.
- Assist in reviewing and preparing change orders, maintain change order logs.
- Assist in the subcontractor bidding process.
- Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, regulatory and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, codes.
- Cultivate and maintain positive business relationships.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in scheduling and cost controls.
- Ability to review confidential US security information.
Additional Qualifications
- Completion or progress toward engineering, technical, or industry-related education preferred.
- Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling for general construction projects and understands construction sequencing and logic preferred.
- Government construction experience preferred.
- Renewable Energy construction scheduling experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete assignments.
- Excellent organization skills including ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal, written, computer communication and technical presentation skills.
- Valid Driver’s License in good standing, issued by resident state required.

- May require flexibility for ‘on call’ support or varied schedule needs.
