Responsibilities
- Manage cost control, forecasting, projections, and earned value tracking
- Support scheduling development, implementation, and progress tracking
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and reporting tools
- Lead project-level billing processes, including AIA and client requirements
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, documentation, and reporting standards
- Develop and maintain project dashboards and reporting for leadership and clients
- Collaborate with project teams to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Track and manage change orders, cost impacts, and schedule adjustments
- Align budgets, cost codes, and schedules for accurate project tracking
- Support cash flow monitoring and financial health of projects
- Communicate regularly with project management on project status and performance
- Assist in developing and improving project controls processes and standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- 10+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or scheduling
- Strong understanding of cost control, forecasting, earned value management, and scheduling
- Experience with construction reporting, billing processes, and contract compliance
- Experience in mission-critical construction (data centers, industrial, etc.) (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to manage cost, schedule, and performance data across complex construction projects
- Ability to identify risks, track project progress, interpret financial and scheduling data, and communicate insights clearly to project teams and leadership
- Fast-paced environment experience
