Project Controls Lead - Data Center Construction

Responsibilities

• Provide preconstruction support and historical cost data
• Manage internal budget and financial reporting
• Oversee external project communications and budget management
• Conduct monthly forecasts and cash flow analysis
• Review vendor invoices and manage the invoicing process
• Facilitate change order process and approvals
• Review project financial health with management
• Update risk registers and evaluate contingencies
• Perform financial closeout of budgets and contracts
• Cook up financial forecasts
• Aid in training and program alignment
• Manage a team of 3-5 staff across multiple sites
• QAQC deliverables and ensure timelines are met

Qualifications

• BA/BS in construction management or engineering
• 8+ years in construction and project planning
• Strong collaboration skills
• Experienced with Primavera P6 and MS Office
• Familiar with cost control tools like eBuilder or Procore
• Ability to communicate financial and schedule details effectively
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills

Pay

$140,000 – $160,000 annually
