We are looking for a driven and curious Project Controls Cost Manager to support our Program Management Team. As a key member of our EPC support team, you’ll work on-site using your expertise in construction forecasting, change management, cost management, project budget analysis, project earned value measurement tracking, risk management, proposals, cashflow, and reporting tools. You will manage the overall program construction cost controls and reporting function by providing client management, updates, and presentations at all levels of management. You will assist the Program Project Services Director with management of the Project Controls team. Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall program construction cost controls and reporting function
  • Provide client management, updates, and presentations at all levels of management
  • Assist the Program Project Services Director with management of the Project Controls team
  • Apply expertise in construction forecasting, change management, cost management, project budget analysis, and earned value measurement tracking
  • Handle risk management, proposals, cashflow, and reporting tools
  • Align construction cost with a Primavera P6 schedule
  • Coordinate and execute project issues across various projects

Requirements

  • At least 20 years of project cost controls experience
  • Extensive experience with Total Installed Cost management and reporting
  • Experience with collecting and reporting on field progress/quantities installed
  • Experience working on various projects, including coordinating and executing project issues
  • Experience in aligning construction cost with a Primavera P6 schedule
  • Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues
  • Must be able to take a full-time on-site role in Spartanburg, SC (per diem package offered)
  • Must have led teams on multi-million/billion EPC Projects

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or other business management-related degree
  • Program-level related experience
  • Skills with Excel, Databases, Power BI, and dashboard development
  • Cost estimating experience

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $123,600.00 to $170,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
