Project Controls Analyst II

About the role

A Project Controls Analyst II is needed to work with company financial and cornerstone systems and processes. This role applies financial terminology, measures, financial data analysis concepts and principles in assignments. The role recognizes processes/project actions that may lead to project financial impact. It develops and maintains WBS for small projects, assists in the use of drawings and specifications in establishing project baseline data, begins basic analysis of cost and schedule variances, and develops knowledge of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Develops knowledge of scope control and change management
• Supports project reporting process as required
• May participate in project cost review meetings

Requirements

• BA/BS + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency or experience and/or education
• Experience with Microsoft office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Accounting or Finance
• Knowledge of Cost Controls
• Construction Scheduling knowledge
• Experience with Primavera P6, Primavera Unifier or similar project management tools

Skills

• Basic scheduling and cost baseline fundamentals, concepts and principles
• Performance management and cost/schedule integration concepts and principles
• Scope control and change management

The offered rate of compensation is USD 68000 - USD 115000 per year.
