Maintain and update project schedules using Gantt charts and project management software

  • Monitor client document control systems for project inquiries, deliverables, and status changes
  • Track and report on design progress, billing status, and other KPIs
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather status updates and resolve scheduling or documentation issues
  • Prepare and distribute project reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance project delivery
  • Support cost tracking and forecasting in coordination with finance and procurement teams

Requirements

Commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management or similar field
  • Proficiency in project management software and Gantt charts
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
