Maintain and update project schedules using Gantt charts and project management software
- Monitor client document control systems for project inquiries, deliverables, and status changes
- Track and report on design progress, billing status, and other KPIs
- Collaborate with project teams to gather status updates and resolve scheduling or documentation issues
- Prepare and distribute project reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance project delivery
- Support cost tracking and forecasting in coordination with finance and procurement teams
Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management or similar field
- Proficiency in project management software and Gantt charts
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
