Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator based at The Johnnie Walker Bond. This post is offered on a permanent basis.

Hours

36 hours per week. Job share will be considered for this post.

UK Driving Licence

A UK driving licence is essential for this role.

What you will do

We are seeking to appoint a Project Co-ordinator to support continued implementation of the Primary Care Improvement Plan (PCIP) of work. You will work closely with the Primary Care Transformation Team and the five Multi-Disciplinary Team Services (Pharmacotherapy, Community Treatment and Care, MSK Physiotherapy, Mental Health Practitioners, and Community Link Workers/Connectors) to support the implementation, development and maintenance of tasks relating to the PCIP.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required for this post

Qualified to degree level or equivalent experience in a related field along with experience of managing projects. Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare sector, candidates are required to have excellent planning, coordination and organisation skills with excellent negotiation, influencing and high levels of drive and enthusiasm.

Pay and Schedule

From 1 April 2026, the working week for NHS Agenda for Change staff in Scotland will be reduced. Full-time hours will reduce from 37 to 36 hours (pro rata for part-time staff) without loss of earnings.
