APM Terminals Elizabeth is seeking a Project Civil Engineer to support a landmark terminal transformation project.

• Lead and oversee on-site delivery of civil works, infrastructure, ground investigation, and related project activities.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and construction performance objectives.
• Review and provide input on design packages, tender submissions, and detailed engineering deliverables.
• Serve as a key point of contact for consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Drive compliance with APM Terminals safety standards and foster a strong safety culture on site.
• Manage project changes, reporting requirements, and project documentation in coordination with Project Controls.
• Support value engineering, constructability reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build collaborative relationships across internal teams, contractors, and external partners.
• Ensure successful delivery of project milestones, handover documentation, and operational readiness requirements.
