Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of legal strategies
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex legal issues
- Prepare and review documents, including contracts and agreements
- Provide legal advice and support to clients and colleagues
Requirements
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience in corporate or commercial law is preferred
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Effective oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
