About the role
This position is within KTGY's Project Associate role, which is part of the Explore phase of our career development model. The goal is to support the development of core skills and enable team members to begin laying the groundwork for professional success.
Responsibilities
- Develop fundamental design skills and an effective, collaborative design process
- Gain exposure to and support of multiple projects in various phases within a studio
- Deliver work with the highest integrity, approaching each project with immense curiosity and open collaboration
- Build relationships with clients and project teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Design, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in architecture or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software
Qualifications
- Passion for design and a commitment to sustainability
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Interest in urban design and community engagement
- Experience with complex urban infill and suburban development projects

Pay
The wage range that the Company expects to pay is $27.00/hour - $31.00/hour.
