PROJECT ARCHITECT - RALEIGH, NC

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Ci’s Principals
• Manage the design and production of construction documents for multiple projects
• Assume leadership role in project management
• Interface with clients and consultants
• Detail architectural materials and systems
• Design envelope systems
• Administer construction, understand codes and regulatory processes
• Plan labs including biology, chemistry, tissue culture, cleanroom and vivarium

Requirements

• 7-10 years of post-graduate architectural experience
• Leadership experience in project management
• Presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
• Experience managing junior staff and fostering a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Architectural License preferred
