Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a team through the more technical aspects of a project
- Use Revit and Bluebeam for 3D modeling
- Follow and manage project budgets, including client and internal budgets
- Create and execute project plans, milestone schedules, and staffing
- Collaborate with Project Manager and Construction Team on cost estimates, construction sequencing, and constructability
- Lead internal continuing education sessions and lessons learned initiatives
- Research and assist with specific building systems
- Work closely with Project Designer to ensure the vision and spirit of the design are met
- Lead and/or delegate construction administration
- Mentor and train younger staff
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant architecture experience
- College graduate with relevant, NAAB accredited degree
- Professional registration
- Frequent physical demands such as sitting, standing, lifting up to 10 lbs, operating computers, and participating in meetings
- Ability to travel or co-locate as needed

- Passion for integrated project delivery and innovation
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor others
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam
- Understanding of zoning, building, life safety, accessibility, and energy codes
- Experience with project planning, budgeting, and construction sequencing
