Project Architect Level III

What You’ll Do

• Lead high-end custom residential projects from concept through construction
• Work directly with clients and consultants
• Guide design direction and mentor junior team members
• Collaborate in small teams (typically 2–3 people per project)
• Stay deeply connected to design while maintaining project leadership
• Gain exposure to firm strategy and long-term business planning

Qualifications

• Licensed architect with 8 or more years of professional experience
• Strong residential design and technical execution skills
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD and construction documentation
• Demonstrated experience leading projects and client relationships
• Interest in long-term leadership development within a boutique firm

Salary And Benefits

• $120,000-$140,000 (based on experience)
