What You Bring To The Table
Beck is seeking a Project Architect to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and leading a team through the technical aspects of projects, utilizing advanced 3D modeling tools such as Revit and Bluebeam. Key responsibilities include document quality control reviews, building systems selection, and coordination with the Project Manager and Construction Team.
The Job Involves The Following Essential Functions
- Perform ongoing document quality control reviews
- Build systems selection, evaluation, and detailing
- Closely work with the Project Manager on project budgets and schedules
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Construction Team on cost estimates, construction sequencing, and constructability
- Lead internal continuing education sessions and lessons learned initiatives
- Research specific building systems
- Work closely with the Project Designer to execute the design vision
- Lead project team through documentation, modeling, quality control, and consultant coordination
- Develop building skin details and/or interior building systems coordination
- Understand and assist in the development of project manuals
- Resolve technical issues on projects
- Lead and/or delegate construction administration
- Mentor and train younger staff
Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit
A reliable healthcare Project Architect should have 8+ years of relevant architecture experience, a college degree with a relevant, NAAB accredited degree, professional registration, and possess a passion for innovation and creativity. They should also exhibit strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.

- Physical demands: frequent sitting, standing, lifting up to 10 lbs, operating computers, coordinating meetings, communicating with project teams, maintaining architectural standards, and adhering to attendance
