About the role
A Project Architect specializing in Healthcare, responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, designing, and detailing architectural projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams through multiple phases, ensuring schedule adherence and quality control.
- Coordinate work across disciplines, conduct site work sessions, and participate in client and agency meetings.
- Review architectural documents for conflicts, perform QA/QC, and develop specifications.
- Manage addenda, RFIs, change orders, and incorporate modifications into project documents.
- Provide construction contract administration and support project management as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master's preferred.
- Registered Architect with at least 5 years of experience, including healthcare or related facilities.
- Proficient in Revit, Microsoft Office; familiarity with Rhino, Grasshopper, and SketchUp is a plus.
- Strong understanding of codes, good planning, and graphic presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
