Project Architect/Civic Projects

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing the development of medium-sized projects of varying types including civic projects.
• Experience coordinating consultants, specifications, managing production staff and project schedules.
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional degree in architecture.
• Licensed or pursuing licensure required.
• Proficient with Revit and Microsoft Office (required).
• Proficient with Photoshop (preferred).
• Excellent written, oral and graphic communication skills.
• Consistency, dependability, reliability and accuracy, along with high attention to detail and client focus.
