Responsibilities
- Moves architectural projects from design through construction.
- Oversees the Revit model.
- Directs the production and coordination of construction documents.
- Affirms the design intent into a complete, coordinated set of drawings and specifications.
- Works closely with the Project Manager.
- Understands the project's budget and schedule.
- Makes technical decisions that support both.
Qualifications and Success Factors
- Registered Architect with 7+ years of Architectural experience that includes education, healthcare, municipal public works project experience; police and fire station, first responder, and essential facilities project work is a plus.
- Bachelor’s in architecture.
- Registered Architect in the state of AZ or ability to obtain quickly.
- Experience with Revit in a professional environment.
- Technical proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, rendering programs, and Microsoft Office.
- Project Architect who can work autonomously on document production and take the lead as needed with clients, design and interdisciplinary partners, and hold multiple projects accountable to milestones and production timelines.
