Project Architect

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Project Architect to join our team in designing institutional, commercial, and multi-family buildings.

Responsibilities

• Execute architectural projects from Concept through Construction Administration
• Lead the iterative design process through all phases of delivery including client and other stakeholder communication, coordination of consultants, and construction administration
• Manage project staffing and budgets
• Mentor all levels of staff
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with teams, clients, and consultants

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture Degree or Master of Architecture Degree
• Licensed or on the path to licensure
• 8-10 years of architectural design experience, preferably in our project types

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit
• Strong design and graphic illustration skills
• Demonstrated experience managing project staffing and budgets
• Excellent written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills
• Highly motivated, organized, and able to manage or delegate tasks and priorities to meet project deadlines

Skills

• Proficiency in Revit (a must)
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
• Strong design and graphic illustration skills
• Demonstrated experience executing architectural projects from Concept through Construction Administration
• Project team leadership in the iterative design process through all phases of delivery including client and other stakeholder communication, coordination of consultants, and construction administration
• Effective and motivating mentor for all levels of staff
• Excellent written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with your teams, clients, and consultants
