Responsibilities
- Serves as Professional of Record on projects of various scales and complexity
- Applies sound professional judgement and technical expertise to guide project execution
- PARTNERS WITH PROJECT MANAGERS IN DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF SCOPE, BUDGET, SCHEDULE, AND LABOR RESOURCE PLANS
- TRANSLATES PROJECT SCOPE INTO COORDINATED DELIVERABLES AND DOCUMENTATION STRATEGIES
- PREPARES, REVIEWS AND OVERSEES PRODUCTION OF DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND OTHER REQUIRED TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
Qualifications
- Professional Architecture License required
- 5+ years of relevant architectural experience
- Demonstrated capability to assume project-wide architectural responsibility
- Proficiency with architectural design software, including Revit, MOS, and Bluebeam
