Project Architect

Minnaro Architectural Studio is seeking a skilled architect with first-hand experience in preparing details, specifications, and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural presentation documents (renderings, boards, booklets, etc.)
• Develop construction documents and project specifications
• Collaborate on active construction sites across multiple project types
• Apply knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (Parts 3 and 9)

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school (qualifies for Intern status with the Ontario Association of Architects)
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience working on projects in Ontario
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office (mandatory)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven with a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Rhino, Grasshopper, and parametric design
• LEED BD+C Accreditation
