Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design, documentation, and construction administration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their vision is realized.
• Create and present design concepts, and produce detailed drawings and specifications.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project integration and successful outcomes.
• Ensure that all designs comply with local codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and support staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Licensure: Registered Architect (AIA) preferred; must be eligible for licensure.

Skills

• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

As a Project Architect you will be responsible for managing architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring that each project meets our high standards of quality and innovation.

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year
