Project Architect

Pay

$60,000 – $110,000 annually DOE

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through schematic design, construction documents, and administration
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal design teams
• Manage multiple commercial and residential projects simultaneously
• Produce technical drawings and construction documentation
• Oversee detailing, specifications, and project quality
• Support project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and firm leadership

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program
• Commercial architecture project experience
• Strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills
• Portfolio or portfolio website required
• Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure preferred
• Experience with Vectorworks, SketchUp, or transferable CAD platforms
