Project Architect

Responsibilities

• Aid in preparing fees, scope of work, and marketing strategies for proposed projects.
• Safeguard designs against code compliance.
• Create complete construction documentation sets.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to ensure design quality and control.
• Attend client meetings and document proceedings.
• Respond to and review request for information (RFI) and submittals.
• Incorporate into proposal and client meeting materials.
• Mentor and oversee junior design team members.
• Support Project Manager in work plans and budgets.

• Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited university.
  • At least 5 years of architectural experience.
  • Registered Architect in Ohio or nearing licensure within 6 months of hire.
  • Strong Revit skills.
  • Ability to mentor others.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English for job-related communications and interactions.
