Project Architect
About the role
This role leads projects across Public, Industrial, Healthcare, Retail, and Commercial/Workplace sectors in a collaborative, design-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept through construction administration.
- Cook up architectural solutions with structural, mechanical, electrical, and consultant teams.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on a variety of project types.
- Manage project workflows, schedules, and deliverables.
- Mentor Architects and Architectural Designers while maintaining design quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and active architectural license required.
- 10–15+ years of architectural experience.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows, and AutoCAD.
- Bluebeam, InDesign, and Deltek Vantagepoint experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Must be licensed as an Architect.
- Must have 10-15+ years of architectural experience.
Skills
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows, and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Bluebeam, InDesign, and Deltek Vantagepoint.
