Project Architect

About the role

MVMK Architecture is seeking talented project architects for its Hoboken office. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience on design and construction documents for mixed-use and multifamily projects. Proficiency in Revit is required, and strong design and rendering skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural designs for mixed-use and multifamily projects
• Create and manage construction documentation including drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Contribute to the development of design solutions that meet client needs and project goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in architecture
• Proficiency in Revit and other relevant software
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Experience with mixed-use and multifamily projects
• Ability to produce high-quality design and construction documentation
• Strong visual and spatial skills
