About the role

We are seeking a Project Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and produce projects from design through construction administration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and produce projects from design through construction administration
  • Communicate effectively with project teams and consultants
  • Identify and execute tasks to meet project schedules
  • Handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Adapt to shifting schedules while meeting deadlines and maintaining project quality
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Accredited professional or graduate degree in architecture
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in all levels of design and documentation
  • Licensure preferred, but not required
  • Revit and AutoCAD knowledge required
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, SketchUp
  • Knowledge of building construction types, systems, assemblies, and detailing
  • Experience in all aspects of construction administration
  • Knowledge of local building codes and jurisdictional requirements
  • Organized and capable of handling multiple projects and tasks at the same time
  • Able to adapt to shifting schedules while meeting deadlines and maintaining project quality
  • Strong communication skills required

Qualifications
