Project Architect

About the role

StudioSC is an award-winning architecture firm located in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY. Our studio focuses on residential and mixed use development work, including ground-up and adaptive re-use projects.

Responsibilities

• Advanced knowledge of NYC zoning and code
• DOB filing drawings
• Construction knowledge required by a project architect
• Self-motivated with a commitment to learning and contributing to a culturally diverse office
• Manage workflow and time effectively
• Translate design into drawings
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Work within the constraints of New York City regulations
• Use Revit software with at least 6 years of professional experience
• Have a good working knowledge of Sketchup (an advantage)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture
• 7-14 years of experience in a NYC professional architecture office

Benefits

Salary and benefits are commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications.

Pay

$80,000 - $110,000 annually
