Project Architect

Qualifications

• Formal education in Architecture
• 5+ years experience working in a design office, residential experience required
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Self-motivated individual who is comfortable asking questions
• Efficient with communication and correspondence
• Experience in delivering projects from Schematic Design through substantial completion

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design team for successful integration of Architecture and Interior Design
• Develop construction documents independently and as part of a design team
• Study massing and design development in SketchUp
• Correspond with Contractors and Consultants
• Attend job meetings on site with Owner, Architect and Contractor
