What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.Experience working on commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, or renovation projects.Knowledge of building codes and construction documentation standards.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work.Self-motivated professional who enjoys problem-solving and taking initiative. Bonus Qualifications Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure.Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.Familiarity with construction administration and field observation activities. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. This is an onsite role in uptown Charlotte, where you’ll work in a collaborative, studio-style environment using industry-leading tools like AutoCAD and Revit.
