PRIMARY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaboratively work with the Healthcare Design Studio to coordinate and manage projects throughout all project phases, pre-design through construction administration.
  • Produce and comprehend architectural redlines and efficiently produce documents and revisions.
  • Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with project schedule, scope and budget.
  • Coverage of design consultants and oversight of architectural team.
  • Review deliverables prepared by project team before proceeding to next phase.
  • Coordination of construction documents.
  • Management of multiple projects and communication with clients.
  • Collaboration and facilitation of team and client meetings.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required; Masters is a plus.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in managing Healthcare related projects.
  • OSHPD/HCAI experience is required.
  • CA Architectural license required.
  • LEED certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Acrobat, Bluebeam and Microsoft Suite are required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, positive and ability to problem solve.
  • Proven ability to create strong client relationships.
  • Pasion for design and construction.
