Project Architect, 7-10 Years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Strong portfolio with professional projects demonstrating intelligent, innovative design conceptualization, professional caliber visualization and presentation graphics, and experience with construction documentation.
• 7-10 years of experience working in an architectural or interior design firm, with experience in highly complex project types such as commercial office, mixed-use, civic, academic, and/or cultural projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate internally with team and externally with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Experience in all phases of architectural services from Concept Design to Schematic Design through Construction Documentation and Construction Administration, and advanced Project Management experience.
• A proactive approach to design with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Design and documentation experience using Revit.
• Experience with Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Grasshopper, and SketchUp.
