About the role

Employers Options is seeking a Project Analyst to join a growing and dynamic team!

Responsibilities

  • Advanced proficiency with computers and software applications, including project scheduling tools, spreadsheets, databases, and word processing programs.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret trends, forecasts, models, and simulations.
  • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Advanced ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems.
  • Decision Making & Conflict Resolution: Ability to assess options and select appropriate courses of action, basic conflict resolution skills using communication, negotiation, and problem-solving techniques, ability to facilitate agreement among multiple stakeholders.
  • Communication & Presentation: Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills, ability to clearly articulate ideas, concepts, and recommendations, experience preparing and delivering presentations to small groups.
  • Organization & Time Management: Advanced ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ability to meet deadlines while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Interpersonal & Professional Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team decision-making, professional approach when handling confidential, sensitive, or difficult situations, ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal leadership, community stakeholders, and government agencies.
  • Experience & Education Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in accounting, forecasting systems, and capital project budgeting, 3–5 years of experience working with computer systems, information systems, and software applications, including Microsoft Excel and MS Project, 3–5 years of analytical experience involving data analysis, forecasting, reporting, or project-related work, 2–3 years of experience applying project management methodologies and techniques, strong knowledge of personal computer applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and UI Planner, Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), experience with matrix project management systems and critical path scheduling using MS Project preferred.

Qualifications

This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.
