Project Analyst
Job Summary
The Analyst II under the direction and supervision of the Supervisor II and indirectly the Legal Support Operations (LSO) Southern CA Manager, performs a wide variety of complex, technical and analytical staff work related to improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness of office processes and equipment/technologies. Responsibilities include conducting analysis, making recommendations, putting together and overseeing various projects proposals, and assessing the efficacy of results. Additionally, the position aids the Supervisor II (Office Manager) in evaluating legal services and support processes that are applicable and relevant to the evolving legal field in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Conducts analysis and makes recommendations on office processes and technologies.
- Aids in evaluating legal services and support processes for relevance and applicability in a hybrid work environment.
- Assesses the efficacy of proposed projects and initiatives.
- Collaborates with team members to develop and implement project proposals.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

$6,031.00 - $7,547.00 per month.
Schedule
8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
