Trihydro Corporation is searching for the right candidate to fill the position of Project Administrator at our Guadalupe, CA site. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project directories and handle documentation.
- Establish and maintain organized filing systems and effective document control processes.
- Cook up and maintain effective document control processes.

- Coordinate both electronic and physical filing methods.
- Archive, package, and ship historical records as required.
- Manage inventory and organize supplies and equipment whenever necessary.
- Perform various routine office responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive outlook, and initiative at all times.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with team members.
- Positive employment history with a demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.
- Initiative and motivation, with an emphasis on completing tasks on schedule.

- Strong technical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail and accuracy and a commitment to producing high-quality work products.
- Two years of relevant experience.
- AA or AS Degree is preferred but not required.
