About the role
We are seeking a Project Administrator for KONE Richmond, VA. This role requires collaboration with project managers and installation leaders, coordination of project activities, adherence to schedules and budgets, and proficiency in office management tools.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers and installation leaders during construction projects
- Avoid delays and ensure project objectives are met within agreed timelines and budgets
- Utilize approved KONE methodologies and tools for project coordination
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry
- An appetite for learning and adapting to a new field
- Proficiency with office management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Microsoft Project, etc.
- A passion for customer satisfaction
- Experience in document management from previous roles
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Additional 4+ years of experience in a similar administrative role
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices

Pay
The hiring range for this role is $72,400.00 – $95,025.00. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and other factors.
