About the role

Communications Construction Company seeks a Project Administrator in Union City, CA.

Responsibilities

• Billing and processing paperwork
• Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
• Proficient in Google Earth desired
• Highly organized, team-oriented, self-disciplined, and quick learner
• Comfortable working in an all-male construction environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Requirements

• 3+ years of office/administrative experience
• College degree preferred but not required
• Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
• Proficiency in Google Earth desired
• Must be highly organized, team-oriented, self-disciplined, and a quick learner
• Must be comfortable working in an all-male construction environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Qualifications
