Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clerical and administrative support to field service operations leadership.
- Create, manage, and distribute reports, project updates, and operational documentation.
- Cookordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Collect, validate, enter, and maintain large volumes of confidential or sensitive data using spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
- Investigate data inconsistencies, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure all information is accurate and complete.
- Execute records management activities including scanning, labeling, electronic filing, and secure disposal.
- Support internal FSO projects by tracking timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Balance competing priorities and manage deadlines with urgency and accountability.
- Build strong working relationships across NASI operations and with internal/external stakeholders.
- Deliver services in alignment with company quality standards, SLAs, and client expectations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance client experience, and improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma required; an associate's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative, coordinator, or clerical experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate work.
- Prowen ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated initiative, independent problem-solving, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and effective in both independent and team environments.
- High integrity, reliability, and composure under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and cloud-based platforms; ability to learn additional tools such as Adobe and Visio.
