About the role
The SR400 Express Lanes Project is a transformative $4.6 billion infrastructure initiative led by SR400 Constructors, a 50/50 joint venture between Flatiron Dragados and ACCIONA. Commissioned by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) and Georgia State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA), the project will add two 16-mile express lanes from Sandy Springs MARTA Station (Exit 5) to McFarland (Exit 12), enhancing mobility along one of Georgia’s busiest corridors. With a peak workforce of over 500, the project also includes dedicated bus rapid transit stations and significant improvements to the corridor. Construction began in late 2022, with substantial completion anticipated in 2031.
The Project Administrator supports and handles vendor invoices and their backup such as receipts and tickets, maintains accounting records, tracks and supports project-related costs including employee and equipment timesheets, and supports other financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Process and match vendor invoices with purchase orders and receipts, tickets, slips, vouchers, or other invoice backup information.
- Code expenses accurately to designated project cost codes.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor files, digital archives, and audit documentation.
- Assist with month-end close tasks, including cost accruals.
- Assist with new suppliers and maintain accurate database records.
- Assist with sales and use tax filings.
- Maintain knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
- Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Accounting or a related field required.
- Experience preferred.
