Project Accounting Manager

What You'll Do
- Support project teams with budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, revenue recognition, and overall project financial management.
- Prepare and analyze project reports, WIP schedules, cost-to-complete forecasts, and project variance reporting.
- Process project billings, owner payment applications, budget revisions, and cash receipts while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and ERP teams to enhance processes, implement system improvements, and establish project accounting best practices.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- 5+ years project accounting experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, work-in-process analysis, and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact cross-functionally.
Salary
110-150K + Bonus + Employee ownership, comprehensive benefits package
